Who I Can Help:

Owners with a burn to grow and I mesh well. That’s because I was raised by two of them. Dad was a mechanic who opened his own garage at 17 and retired a millionaire. Mom opened her own restaurant and built a legendary brand that carries on after 60+ years. I’m grateful how living and working with them burned in these guiding principles: Know your strategy. Get your team right. Produce a better product every day. Make it easy (and fun) to do business. Sing loud and draw a crowd. Who Is Not a Good Fit:

Ten beliefs hang on the wall at my shop for all the world to see. I’ll happily share numbers 2-10 when we talk. But, let’s be clear upfront about Rule #1: No A-holes. Adults only need apply. It’s unapologetically strong because that’s how my team and I roll. I don’t play small-ball or run with the herd. I’m also not a good fit if there’s someone squeezed between me and you. I work for and answer to the one person at your place with unquestioned, unilateral decision-making authority and the backbone to follow through. That’s you, right?
