Individuals who are not willing to fully buy-in and commit to the plan. As well as individuals who don’t grasp that this is like running an Indy Car Race Team. Yes, we care about winning the race, but we have to understand we will not win them all. So we must be willing to look at what didn’t work, then recalibrate, after which we embark on the next race and see if the adjustment has us crossing the finish line first!

I have built and led numerous teams, so I can help in training your team to understand why the campaign is the campaign and get their buy-in so they can bring the campaign to life in their own performance. Plus I can offer executive coaching if desired if we need to take things to another level across the company as a whole.
